Mike James has been a photographer for 35 years.

At age 11, he was perhaps the youngest person to attend the traveling Nikon School of Photography. Pentax Spotmatic II in hand, he scoured the streets of San Francisco and shot whatever his young eyes saw.

Over the years his passion for photography has ebbed and flowed, taking his work in different directions. Always experimenting, Mike's digital photography manifests itself as the textures, patterns and personalities of the environment.
